Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026. This policy explains how Treatables handles information submitted through our website, hosted by Netlify, including order-request emails sent using Resend.

Who we are

Treatables is a family-owned dog treat business in Trophy Club, Texas. You can reach us at bagel@treatables.pet or 916-753-4214. The website address is treatables.pet.

Information we collect

If you submit an order request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, product quantities, fulfillment choice, delivery or shipping address, preferred contact method, optional payment preference, and any note you write. We do not collect credit card or debit card numbers.

If you check the optional marketing box, we also record that you opted in, the date and time, the wording you agreed to, and a version identifier. The box is unchecked unless you check it. You can submit an order request without opting in.

How order requests are used

We use order-request information to review availability, prepare a final total, contact you, and arrange local delivery or shipping. Submitting the form does not confirm an order and does not collect payment.

When you submit an order request, our website uses a Netlify serverless function to process the information and Resend to send an order notification to Treatables and an acknowledgment to your email address. These service providers process information needed to deliver those messages. If you select the optional marketing checkbox, your preference is included with your request.

Marketing email

Marketing consent is stored separately from the order record. A promotional mailing list is not active. If Treatables later sends product or offer emails, they will go only to people who opted in, and each promotional email will explain how to unsubscribe. You can also email bagel@treatables.pet and ask to be removed. Order acknowledgments are transactional and are prepared whether or not you opt in.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. It does not use a third-party analytics service. Fonts are stored with the website rather than loaded from a font service.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes order-request information through a serverless function. We use Resend to deliver order notifications and customer acknowledgment emails. We do not collect or process card payments through this website, and we do not currently use a third-party analytics service. Card payments, if used, happen by phone or in person after confirmation and are not processed by this website.

How long information is kept

Order requests and consent records are kept so Treatables can respond, fulfill a request you still want, honor a marketing choice, and keep ordinary business records. This policy does not set a fixed number of years. You may ask what we have stored about an order request you submitted.

How information is protected

Order requests are processed through a Netlify serverless function, and order-related emails are delivered using Resend. Access credentials are not included in the public website pages. The website uses HTTPS. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. Please do not submit credit or debit card numbers through the order form or by email.

Your requests

Email bagel@treatables.pet to ask about your information, correct it, or withdraw marketing consent. We may need to keep a record of an order request that was already fulfilled.

Children

This website is for adults ordering treats for their dogs. It is not directed to children.
